Don't worry, nothing happened - and that's the problem. He is still in the orphanage, and I had to come home to the apartment to see an empty crib, waiting for my baby. Don't know when he will be "ours" for real...
This morning, he was very lethargic, and sucky - the doctor said he had a fever, and he was obviously not well. At 2:00, when we came back, he was much better - playing and all. But, then, at about 3:30, he suddenly felt very hot again and he had a fever, so the doctor is keeping an eye on him tonight, and we'll see how he is then.
And... Celebration! Five of the six families went out last night for a little celebration dinner - and had a shot of cherry juice and vodka in honour of the occasion - and I liked it! It was a good time.

ReplyDeleteI'm glad things are going well and court is now behind you. Lucus' birthday is only one day after Bota's.
I hope you had a nice time celebrating his first birthday yesterday! I also hope he is feeling better. Bota got a cold while she was in the babyhouse and the medication they gave her was truely transforming. I think the cold only lasted a day or two. Hopefully Lucas will be home with you soon.
